is a pansexual BDSM (Bondage/Discipline, Dominance/submission, Master/slave) group devoted to people in Southwest Virginia and the surrounding area. RODS is open to any person who participates in, or is seriously interested in learning about real time BSDM activities. RODS was born out of SWVA-BDSM in 2001. A handful of individuals wanted to create a safe group in which education about the individual aspects of the lifestyle was the primary concern. “Teaching and guidance are the way” has been the motto of the group for many years. Through the years the group has grown to a respected group that offers a safe haven for a variety of interests.
The group is run by an elected board of directors which handle the basic business functions of the group, schedules demonstrations and organizes social events. Through monthly munches, interested individuals get to meet members and see if there is compatibility with the group. |
